We will be performing routine DB maintenance between 3:00 AM ET and 7:00 AM ET to our IZ0 infrastructure (app.sharpencx.com). Minor intermittent interruptions are expected. If users experience any sustained interruptions, please have them log out and back in to refresh their connection to Sharpen services.
