We will be performing an upgrade to a part of our infrastructure in our IZ1 isolation zone. This change will log users out of the application and they will need to log back into the app. If agents experience continued odd behaviors in the application outside of this 2 hour maintenance window you can contact the SharpenCare on-call resources at 855.249.3357, option 2.
